1. Information we process

When you use VST:RADAR through Telegram, we receive your Telegram user ID and available profile details such as your display name and username. We also process information needed to run the service:

• search, favourites, price-tracking and notification settings;
• orders, purchase options, discounts, balances and license-delivery records;
• support messages and information you choose to provide;
• technical events, device or Mini App context, security logs and operation identifiers;
• payment status and transaction identifiers supplied by the relevant payment service.

VST:RADAR does not ask for your Telegram password or one-time login code. Card details are handled by the payment provider used for the transaction rather than by the VST:RADAR interface.

2. How information is used

• to authenticate you and provide store, tracking and account features;
• to process orders, deliver licenses and restore interrupted operations;
• to provide support, handle delivery issues and resolve payment disputes;
• to prevent duplicate delivery, fraud, abuse and security incidents;
• to maintain the catalogue and improve service reliability using aggregated analysis;
• to meet applicable accounting, contractual and legal obligations.

3. Service providers and disclosure

Telegram processes bot, Mini App and Telegram Stars data under its own policies. Google services support parts of the catalogue and operational data, and infrastructure or payment providers process the minimum information needed for their role. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, the service or third parties. Personal data is not sold.

4. Retention

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, dispute resolution, security and required accounting. Retention varies by record type. Some order, payment and license-delivery records may need to remain after an account request so that fulfilment can be proved and duplicate delivery or fraud can be prevented. Backups expire according to the service's backup schedule.

5. Security

VST:RADAR uses Telegram Mini App signature checks, access controls, operation logs and restricted backups. No storage or transmission method is completely risk-free. If you believe your account or an order has been affected by a security issue, contact support promptly.

6. Your requests

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of information that can be deleted by opening VST:RADAR support in Telegram. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or order, but never send a password, login code, seed phrase or full card details. Rights may vary by location, and some records may be retained where there is a valid operational or legal reason.

7. Changes and contact
